Montel Mortgages LLC is a one-person brokerage. That person is me. When you send your answers, I am the one who reads them and I am the one who writes back. There is no queue, and you never get handed to somebody who has not seen your file.
I am licensed across all of Texas, and I place loans through Rocket Pro TPO as my wholesale lender. Most of my clients come to me through realtors — first-time buyers, people refinancing, self-employed borrowers, and plenty who were told no somewhere else before they found me.
A lot of my conversations happen in Spanish, so this whole site is in Spanish too — the questions, the answer, and my reply. Not run through a translator at the end. Written that way from the start.
If you want someone to walk you through this, that is what I am here for. You do not need to have it figured out before you call, and you will not be handed a checklist and left to it. I will tell you what happens next, handle the lender side, and keep it moving — so the whole thing feels a lot simpler than people expect.
